Simple terms for self-custody.

By downloading, installing or using suiflare — Wallet for SUI (Bundle ID app.suiflare.wallet), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

suiflare — Wallet for SUI is free, non-custodial client software that enables users to generate cryptographic keypairs, view on-chain data, and sign transactions locally on iOS devices.

You retain 100% sole custody and control over your 12- or 24-word recovery phrase, private keys, and 6-digit passcode. suiflare never has access to your phrase or passcode and cannot recover your wallet, reset your passcode, or restore your funds if you lose your recovery phrase or delete the app without a written backup.

All SUI transfers signed on your device and broadcast to Mainnet, Testnet, or Devnet are permanent and irreversible once executed by network validators. You are solely responsible for verifying the recipient's 64-character hexadecimal 0x address and transfer amount before approving a send.

suiflare is strictly a local key manager and transaction signer. suiflare does not offer token swaps, order-book trading, fiat on-ramps, custodial accounts, yield/staking brokerage, or investment advice. Market data from CoinGecko is provided for informational purposes only and may be delayed or unavailable.

suiflare ("suiflare — Wallet for SUI") is an independent software product. suiflare is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by the Sui Foundation or Mysten Labs, Inc.

The bespoke suiflare hollow "S" emblem is an original brand mark of suiflare. References to "SUI", "Sui Network", "USDC", "DEEP", "WAL", "CETUS", and "NAVX" are used strictly under nominative fair use to describe protocol and asset compatibility. All third-party trademarks and token symbols belong to their respective owners.

The software is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, suiflare and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages — including loss of digital assets, profits or data — arising from or related to: network congestion or validator outages; Sui RPC / GraphQL node downtime or incorrect responses; smart contract bugs, exploits or token issuer actions; market data inaccuracies; device loss, theft or malware; or loss of your recovery phrase, private keys or passcode.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you. Your use of the Sui network is also subject to the rules of that network.

These Terms are between you and suiflare, not Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support, and is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms. Your use of the app must also comply with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
